Standard delivery (2 to 3 working days from dispatch*): kr 55.67

Free standard delivery on orders over kr 1000

 

We only deliver to Sweden. At the bottom of this page you have the opportunity to discover the other Oribe websites with their shopping opportunities. 

 

*Shipping times may vary by location. 

Shipping Information:

Your order may be delivered in multiple boxes. In this case you will only be charged once for the delivery if shipping charges apply to your delivery. 

 

Please note that Oribe is not responsible for late/failed deliveries that are beyond our control e.g. B. due to unfavorable weather conditions. 

 

Tracking details are included in your order confirmation email. Can't find your tracking details? Please email our customer service team at InfoSE@oribe.com 

 

Did you miss your scheduled delivery? The courier should have left a notification card and will attempt delivery again the next working day. 

 

The courier will attempt delivery for two consecutive working days unless the recipient or an authorized member of our Customer Service instructs the courier to hold the delivery for later delivery. 

 

If the courier is unsuccessful in delivering the shipment after two attempts, your order will be returned to us. In this case, Oribe reserves the right to charge you for the cost of sending your order again. 

 

Please note that the delivery address must be changed by our customer service. 

Cancellation And Return:

Distance Selling Regulations:

If you conclude contracts with us online or by telephone as a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day on which you received the ordered goods. Personalized items which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty are excluded. 

 

Notification of withdrawal must be submitted in writing within 14 working days, starting on the day of receipt of the goods. For this send an email to InfoSE@Oribe.com. 

 

We will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered plus any shipping costs paid. Please note that shipping cost refunds (to the extent permitted by law) will be for the value of standard delivery. Oribe is not responsible for reimbursement of return shipping costs. Goods must be returned in their original, unused and salable condition.
